City of New Fairview Adopts New Master Fee Schedule
The City of New Fairview City Council approved a new Master Fee Schedule on June 1, 2026, through Ordinance 202606-01-142. The updated fee schedule establishes a comprehensive and transparent fee structure for administrative services, development, permitting, fire prevention, utility services, health inspections, planning and zoning applications, and transportation impact fees.
The new fee schedule was developed to ensure that fees more accurately reflect the cost of services provided by the City, support ongoing growth and development, and maintain high-quality services for residents, businesses, and developers. The schedule also consolidates fees into one easy-to-reference document for greater transparency and consistency.
Key updates include:
• Fire prevention permit and inspection fees.
• Utility-related fees, including meter installations and service charges.
• Administrative service fees and updated payment processing charges.
Residents, contractors, developers, and business owners are encouraged to review the new fee schedule before submitting applications or requesting services.
